What You Will Be Doing:
- Each day, log into the live chat portal on the retailer’s website and begin assisting customers with their inquiries.
- Use the live chat software, which includes features to help address common questions efficiently, enhancing the customer shopping experience.
- Collaborate with a chat supervisor for guidance on more complex customer issues.
- Complete a short training program (1-2 hours) before starting, ensuring you’re fully prepared from day one.
Contract Length: Open-ended for flexibility in your role.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Must have a device (Phone, Tablet, Laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions.
- Ability to work independently, follow precise instructions, and manage tasks effectively.
- Minimum availability of 5 hours per week.
- A reliable internet connection is essential.
