What You Will Be Doing:
- Engage in live chat support and content moderation across popular platforms such as YouTube and Twitch.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, share sales links, and offer exclusive discounts.
- Maintain the quality and safety of online discussions by monitoring content according to our guidelines.
- Receive access to account tools and training on the most frequently asked questions to ensure you are fully equipped to support our users.
Contract Length: Open-ended.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
- Must have access to a device with internet connectivity that supports social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions precisely.
- Minimum of 5 hours availability per week.
- A reliable internet connection is essential.
Hours per Week: Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours to accommodate your schedule.
