What You Will Be Doing:
- As a Live Chat Customer Support Agent, you’ll respond to inquiries via live chat on business websites and social media accounts, including handling support questions from existing customers and addressing sales queries from potential new customers.
Contract Length: Open-ended
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/Background Needed:
- Must possess a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone, Tablet, Laptop).
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully.
- Minimum availability of 10 hours per week.
