What You Will Be Doing:
- Manage and moderate social media interactions on platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
- As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to user comments and inquiries.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
- Basic English writing skills.
Skills/Background Needed:
- This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates without previous live chat experience.
