This position involves texting with customers via website chat or Facebook Messenger, providing support with the help of pre-existing message templates. No phone calls are required, and you won’t need to handle complex queries on your own.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Use predefined message templates to respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently.
- After a brief training session, you’ll find the work straightforward and fulfilling, allowing you to assist customers effectively.
- Embody a friendly and helpful demeanor, which is essential for success in live chat support.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a stable internet connection.
- Ability to type and communicate effectively in English.
Skills/Background Needed:
- This is an entry-level position; full training will be provided, and no previous live chat experience is required.
